Originally from Massachusetts with degree in Marketing from University of Massachusetts at Amherst. I've spent the last decade consulting and building digital experiences for businesses, organizations and non-profits in the Central Massachusetts area. Started as the web designer for a small manufacturing services business and eventually moving into the Marketing Director role. I also became partner in the business before selling my share of the business in the fall of 2013. I believe in strategic analysis balanced with creativity.
What skills do you bring to a project team?
I have a background in creative front end design and graphic design. I've been using most of the Adobe Creative Suite since PS 4.0 and when Dreamweaver was owned and developed by Macromedia. I'm familiar with frameworks such as Foundation, Bootstrap and HTML Boilerplate. I also have experience wire-framing and prototyping with Fireworks, Illustrator and Balsamiq.
I also bring a wealth of experience and knowledge from years of managing and owning a small business. I've successfully created, managed and maintained strategic Digital Marketing campaigns as well using tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Marketing Cloud (Omniture). I've also have experience with CRM tools such as Constant Contact, Salesforce and Mailchimp.
What do you do outside of the digital world?
I like to ride bikes up mountains, and ski down them when I can. I'm a former ski racer and current triathlete. I also enjoy some one-day cycling race events as well. Basically, I like going fast.
I love soccer, both playing and watching. Coffee in the morning and a solid drink in the evening. When I have time (and money) I love to travel. My family is scattered across the globe, so it's a great excuse to go out and explore.
